Founders Seth Rogatzki and Mike Krause met working on a project for a Fortune 50 company. A friendship was struck, and almost ten years later, Ignis Solutions was formed in August of 2020.
The Northeast Wisconsin-based duo created Ignis Solutions leveraging their combined 50 years of project management, customer service, networking, industrial engineering, entrepreneurship, and technological skill sets.
Seth started his career by turning his part-time college job into a passion. Working his way up from the bottom, his role within the corporation continually expanded, ultimately culminating in technical project management. He accumulated over 20 years of experience working through internal technology infrastructure updates and customer-focused process improvement/software integration solutions.
Seth spent 15 years as a volunteer varsity football coach outside of work, exploring leadership, relationship building, and discipline. He became passionate about leadership, which led to a life-long learning journey. Seth currently leads the mobile application team and continues to provide consulting services.
Mike’s love of the world of pro wrestling saw him tour the midwest as a performer from 1997-2004 under the name of “Mike Mercury”. This led to future endeavors of promoting live events, autograph signings, and training the next generation of pro wrestlers including some to gain international fame as Mr. Kennedy in WWE and Silas Young in Ring of Honor Wrestling.
While starting a family and running his growing wrestling business, Mike advanced upward through the corporate ladder from local operations management to various project deployment leader and Industrial Engineering Regional Manager. Mike oversaw the distribution of $450M worth of brand new UPS assets annually for the western half of the United States, and lead teams conducting training and audits of industrial engineering departments. Currently Mike heads up the research & marketing team for Ignis and used his wrestling connections to create the launch of the first mobile app of it’s kind called Ultimate Wrestling Trivia.
